ازمة مالى والوجود الفرنسى ..الأستعمار فى شكله الجديد

Résumé
الازمات التى عانت منها دولة مالى سواء على المستوى السياسى او الاقتصادى او الاجتماعى ليست بالامر الجديد او المختلف.فهى مثل باقى الدول الافريقية التى تعيش فى منظومة متكاملة من الفساد والجهل والتطلع الى التقليد الاعمى للاخر. ثم ازداد الوضع سوءا تأثرا بما حدث من ثورات الربيع العربى فى شمال افريقيا وخاصة فى دوله ليبيا وانهيار نظام الرئيس السابق معمر القذفى نتيجة لارتباطه بالعلاقات ودعمة وارتباطة بتمويل الكثير من الحركات المسلحة فى الدول الافريقية ومنها مالى. شرعت العديد من الحركات المسلحة التى كان يحتضنها النظام القذافى بعد انهيار نظام القذافى فى بوتقته فى العودة الى مالى وخاصة ممن ينتمون لقبائل الطوارق. وتتوطن قبائل الطوارق فى كل من شمال مالي والنيجر وغرب ليبيا وجنوب الجزائر قرب تمنراست و جانت و إليزى. الا ان الوضع لم لم يقتصر على الطوارق وحدها باقليم شمال مالى وانما تعددت الحركات المسلحة واختلفت اهداف كل منها وازداد الامرتعقيدا.
