الملخص
لقد عاشت أفريقيا خلال العقد الماضي ، دخول الصين كممثل بمنطق جديد قائم على فلسفة براغماتية. وبالتالي تنشيط الأدوات الثقافية التكنولوجية الاقتصادية ، والتي تختلف عن نوع العلاقات التي كانت بين الشريكين خلال الحرب الباردة والتي تتمحور حول الخطاب الإيديولوجي والأدوات الرمزية.
