الـخــصــوصــيـة الإثــنـيـة فـي الـدول الأفـريــقـيــة

الملخص
تعد الظاهرة الإثنية واحدة من أبرز الظواهر التي شهدنها المجتمعات الإنسانية عبر العصور قديما وحديثا ، وازدادت أهميتها خاصة بعد بروزها على مسرح الأحداث الدولية خلال الثلث الأخير من القرن العشرين، ورغم تجلي الظاهرة الإثنية في كل بقاع العالم،إلا أنها تتجلى بشكل أوضح في الدول الأفريقية ، التي تشكل الخصوصية الإثنية فيها أهم السما ت الاجتماعية والسياسية لها ، حيث لازالت مؤسسات الدولة الوطنية رهينة للأبنية الاجتماعية و الثقافية المكونة لها، مما يهدد استقرار الدولة وسلامة مجتمعها. وفي محاولة منا لفهم الخصوصية الإثنية في الدول الأفريقية ومكوناتها التي تشكل جزءا من نسيج البناء الاجتماعي للدولة .
