Legal measure of housing risks in Morocco: The buildings that fall are typical.

Abstract
in order to eliminate the phenomenon of buildings leading to
fall, especially in light of the marked deterioration in the urban landscape of Moroccan cities and the increase in accidents of old buildings and tissues collapse, and in parallel with these problems,
Morocco knew a legislative vacuum that contributed strongly to the severity of the buildings leading to the fall, and the risk management process is a process in which the protective dimension overlaps Balajaji in order to preserve the safety and security of the lives of individuals and their real estate in which they have a direct interest so as not to be subject to collapse or damage, so their value will decrease or be lost, whether due to internal or external reasons
.
That is why we will try to approach the legal measure of housing risks in Morocco by addressing the requirements of Law 94.12 as well as its applied decree [2] in order to test the extent of the legal framework of the phenomenon to overcome all the negatives that
the urban field knows
.
