Abstract
Individuals with special needs. deserve to be protected in all areas. for the latter do not enjoy all their intellectual and mental and physical faculties. They have rights to be provided by their companies. it is necessary to improve their precarious situation.
Nowadays the feeling of benevolence towards this category is evolving. By creating solidarity funds for people with social needs. as well as the adoption of strategies aimed at providing concrete assistance which is characterized by their social and psychological
reintegration. which allows them to be shareholders in the development of their companies.
