Abstract

Foreign policy differs from one country to another, because it reflects the orientations of the state, which consists of attitudes, perceptions and values ​​dictated by historical experience and strategic conditions that characterize the state in international politics and which are inherent in the great traditions and aspirations of societies. This makes the foreign policy of the Mauritanian state with Privacy distinguishes Mauritania from the rest of the world, it is a weak country, located in the far Arab Maghreb on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean, it is considered the largest open gate wide open on brown Africa, and the weakest link between the countries of the Arab Maghreb, and the geographical area most desertified and pastor And, the least censored and the most offensive, these data made Mauritania the focus of attraction and interest of many international actors, in addition to being known an internal political context characterized by political stability and social heterogeneity, this is what made the Mauritanian foreign policy student face dialectical forms of influence of internal variables And outside.
