Economic relations between Morocco and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries in light of regional and international changes
Main Article Content
Abstract
The Moroccan-Gulf relations are very important in view of the specificity of the ties that unite the two parties, represented in the joint civilizational links with their religious, cultural and economic dimensions, which date back to the early stages of time.
The distinguished and important relationships are the result of the historical ties between the two sides taking root and their participation in a number of denominators. But the most distinctive is that the throes of changes often tend to devote constants, expand the field of vision and deepen thinking to conduct experiments with methods, references, and goals ceiling, that responds to developments in situational conditions at the regional and international levels. Perhaps the most important common denominators in Morocco’s relations with the Gulf Cooperation Council states are “support for just Arab and Islamic issues”, “non-interference in the internal affairs of others” and “commitment to international legitimacy”.
